Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on November 24 in 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a political candidate and hosting a TV show on MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of The Hill's Rising along with Saagar Enjeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they would be leaving the show to release their own independent project, titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a cohost on Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on network programs such as CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball attributes her passion for politics to the reality that she became a mom during the 2008 primaries, and was also able watch the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She was able observe how the outcome affected people in the country, and thus gained an appreciation of the impact that US politics has on all people in the world. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st district. She lost to Rob Wittman in 2010. From June 2012 to July 2015, she was the co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. She hosted The Cycle, a show on MSNBC, from June 2012 through July 2015.
